The RBZ SpeedBurner from CCM borrows technology from popular golf club manufacturer TaylorMade Golf. The golf club technology helps the RBZ SpeedBurner achieve an extremely low swing weight, which is a highly sought after concept when it comes to golf clubs. The concept of swing speed as it pertains to golf clubs also applies to hockey sticks. CCM’s goal with the RBZ SpeedBurner was to achieve the optimal weight distribution that will result in a balanced stick with a smooth and fast swing (or shot) motion. Similar to its predecessors, the SpeedBurner has a constant flex profile in the shaft. This gives each player a custom kick point that is determined by the placement of their lower hand.
