The TaylorMade Burner Superfast Driver is definitely a distance driver! It is one inch longer than usual, and the club itself is very light. Some may find it a little difficult to control a longer shaft, but you’ll be happy about the extra distance you pick when you hit these correctly. The Superfast also has an extra large faces compared to most drivers. This combined with inverted cone technology makes it extra forgiving. All in all, the Burner Superfast is worth trying out if you are looking for a very simple yet strong driver.

- This is the most consistent and longest driver I have ever played. It’s at least 10 yards longer than my previous driver. Super easy to hit.
- This driver is by far the most forgiving and the feed back is unbelievable.


**CONS:**
- The feedback from the face feels terrible. Every shot on the face felt identically dead. 
- The club seemed to play a little longer than the actual length, maybe because of the increased swingweight. So it seemed a bit harder to square up than the Sim2 Max I had before.

The SLDR 460 is extremely forgiving and easier to hit giving the golfer more distance through more loft. Featuring Adjustability Technology with the SLDR Moveable Weight System, a single 20 gram sliding weight in the 460cc titanium head allows players to fine-tune their shot shape by adjusting for draw, fade, or neutral ball flight. Center of Gravity (CG) is positioned lower and more forward in the head to create higher launch angles and less spin adding more distance to your shots. The sweetspot in the SLDR has been expanded over previous TaylorMade models increasing the moment of inertia (MOI) across the face for more forgiveness on off-center strikes.

### Expert Notes

The TaylorMade SLDR 460 driver is extra long in length, and it’s the successor of the R1 driver. A redesigned adjustable weight system and center of gravity give this driver less spin on the fairway. Gone is the white crown, as the SLDR 460 is back to a simple sliding system. You will enjoy the higher launch and faster ball speeds across the face. All in all, this driver is not overly complicated from a design standpoint, as TaylorMade tried to keep things a bit on the simpler side. It’s very easy to make a quick adjustment on the spot and hit again.

You will first notice the graphics on the top of the club, which stand out compared to other designs. One of the most adjustable drivers on the market, this club provides maximum forgiveness. You can tweak the settings as you need or try some new lofts depending on the course you play. This club has higher pitched sounds than you may be used to, but remember that you are going for distance. With twelve loft options and seven face angle settings, you will be able to adjust the R1 driver to your exact preference.

The SpeedPocket is back and TaylorMade has revealed a super lightweight driver with a very stable face in the Aeroburner driver. It has a hard, hot face that allows you to crush your drives.  You’ll find this club feels much lighter compared to other drivers on the market. The white clubhead is back to basics for TaylorMade, with a color scheme that gives the head a slimmer look upon address. This is a great club for swingers who need an altitude adjustment, as this club launches very high. One thing to note: this driver is not adjustable.

### Expert Notes

The TaylorMade RocketBallz Stage 2 driver has an expanded clubface that gives the player more surface area to hit. The large black and white face is super easy to align. Compared to the original RocketBallz driver, this one is faster and longer. With a more forward CG location, you will experience higher launch and lower spin. This game improvement driver generates lots of center hits and not a ton of misses. Toe hits are often corrected into high draws. When you do have a miss hit, it surprisingly never feels that bad.

There are two 12.5 gram sliding weights in the sole to give the golfer more options for launch conditions, shot shape, and overall performance. The R15 driver offers more adjustability with a 4-degree loft sleeve in addition to the 25 grams of adjustable weight in the soled.

### Expert Notes

The R15 is one of the longer drivers on the market, and you will not be disappointed by its performance. It has an excellent feel and you will know exactly where you missed it (if you do miss). Looking down on the white crown, the driver is extremely forgiving and even your miss hits will end up almost in the fairway. Designed for lower handicap players, this club mainly hits the ball straight. You won’t experience much curve on shots with this club at all. Like the SLDR, this driver uses a low-forward center of gravity, which produces the lowest spin possible to increase distance and trajectory. Lastly, the R15 is very adjustable, making it a great option for a variety of players.
