The Ping G20 Iron is the ultimate game improvement iron and replaces the successful previous model, G15. Designed for beginner players, the G20 will help players maximize distance and forgiveness while maintaining consistency on shots across the face. The 17-4 stainless steel head is perimeter-weighted and features an extremely thin face for maximum game improvement. All of the weight saved from thinning out the face was re-distributed to the perimeter of the clubhead for increased moment of inertia (MOI) and a high launch trajectory. The Floating Custom Tuning Port in the cavity enhances both sound and feel while also minimizing distance gaps between center and off-center strikes. The Ping G20 irons feature perimeter-weighted oversized heads, thick toplines, wide soles, and plenty of offset to give a golfer increased confidence at address.

The Ping G20 irons are the replacement for the G15 irons. They feature a wider sole which adds forgiveness. The clubhead sits well behind the ball at address. Thanks to the extra weight in the sole, the ball flight will be slightly higher than the G15’s. It is one of the best irons for the mid handicapper looking for a quality iron. These game-improvement irons have their own shaft engineered by Ping. The thinner face combined with the CTP port creates faster ball speed, better feel and increased accuracy on shots.
