This listing is for a nice pair of K2 Apache Crossfire All-Mountain Downhill Skis with Salomon Z12 Bindings.  They are 177 cm. in length.  These top sheets have some minor chips along the sides, the edges are sharp and the bases are smooth.  They just had a professional $70 tune on a million dollar ski tuning machine (please see picture 23).  They were only drilled once, and are mounted with Salomon Z12 Bindings with DIN adjustment from 4-12.   They are set to fit downhill ski boots with a boot sole length of 310 mm. and they will adjust to fit ski boots that are a few sizes bigger and smaller. Unlike the cap construction, the contests of a sidewall ski are protected and sealed in by a vertical material on the perimeter of the ski that is separate and distinct from the top material. The sidewall material is placed directly above the edge for additional reinforcement and support. This type of construction tends to have a more precise transmission of power due to the vertical nature of the construction process.
