All skis on our website are fully functional with no compromising damage to the ski or bindings. The condition rating system evaluates both the top sheet and base condition on a scale that informs you of the amount of cosmetic damage visible on the ski with the condition scale running from 10 as a brand new ski that has never been used down to 6 with significant cosmetic damage. We do not sell any ski with a rating less than six. This condition rating system allows us to accurately and precisely evaluate your high quality future skis at a great price while providing you with high quality skis at a great price. Top Sheet Condition 7.5: This top sheet condition may have some chips along the edges that will not need repaired. There may be moderate to heavy amounts of scratching to the surface of the tip and tails from ski usage. The ski may have some epoxy repairs to the edges of the ski. There is no compromising damage to the ski’s top sheet. Base Condition 7.0 This base condition will have lots of scratching through the base. It will have some deep scratches and gouges that require P-TEX repairs and a tune. These skis do not need any base welds to be repaired and are safe to use and can be used out of the box; however, we recommend repairs and a tune be made to this ski to maximize your experience on the ski.
