Printed with strong, durable, high quality PLA, but are not indestructible. Tested to fit and function as original discs, as well as for normal everyday use, but if you drop your dumbbells, they may crack similar to original Bow flex discs. I've replaced multiple original discs on my set of dumbbells and these replacements work great and I've yet to break one. See photos for disc configuration, if you don't know which disc you require. There are plenty of videos online that can help you with taking apart your dumbbell to replace the disc. Since they are 3D printed, there may be minor imperfections or blemishes.
**Note: Prior to ordering, please make sure to know which series of dumbbells you have. Series 1 typically has the GREY bar across the weights and says either Bow flex or Nautilus on the bar, as well has red or orange numbers on the dial (dumbbells with the red bar and a dial with white numbers is series 4 and these discs will not work on series 2). If you still happen to order the wrong discs, I will exchange but we will have to charge shipping costs to send exchange back to you. If you are not sure which type you require, please contact us and we'll assist you. Cost per disc is for materials, printer wear and labor only. We do not charge for the design.
